• Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please file a complaint with USPS or UPS. 

Refunds will be handled with store credit only. Items to which you are refunding for store credit MUST be in the presence of Sage and Willow Boutique no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. Items must still have tag attached and be free of stains and rips.  Please make sure to allow 8-10 days of transit time.  

Store credit will be returned on a S&W Gift Card.
